At MarutiKart, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read this policy before placing an order.
You can request cancellation of your order only before it has been dispatched.
To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible and share your order number along with the registered mobile number or email address. Cancellation requests are processed based on the current order status.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Cash on Delivery orders can also be cancelled before dispatch. No refund is required for cancelled COD orders because payment has not been collected.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
MarutiKart reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including:
Product is unavailable or out of stock
Incorrect price, offer, or product information due to a technical or listing error
Payment failure or verification issue
Incomplete or incorrect customer address/contact details
Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity
Delivery is not serviceable at the provided PIN code
Operational, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances
If MarutiKart cancels a prepaid order, the full paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order is placed, changes to the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, or payment method may not be possible. Please review your order details carefully before completing payment.
If your order has not been processed yet, contact our support team immediately. We will try to assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
