You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.

To request a return, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and share:

Clear photos or an unboxing video of the product, especially for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps. In some cases, a reverse pickup will be arranged. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product after receiving approval.
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated.
Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method after required details are provided.
Refund timeline: Refunds are generally processed within 5β7 business days after approval and quality verification. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, MarutiKart may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the customerβs preference.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.
